Choose a backup database and method

You have the option of backing up to the server (should only be performed periodically) or downloading a text file with the database backup. Backups should be stored on your computer, as well as an external drive

Backups may take several minutes to complete. Please do not close your browser or navigate to another page until you receive the message that the backup is completed.
